Terms of use

These terms govern access to the landing page, the rider services and the Aule professional areas.

Purpose of the service

Aule is published by AULE SYSTEM, association déclarée, régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 (a not-for-profit association declared under the French Act of 1 July 1901) (RNA W442032304). The service provides passenger information, journey planning tools and an operations and passenger information system platform for transport professionals. The Nantes network is presented as a pilot. Services marked “coming soon” or “available soon” are not part of the service currently accessible.

Passenger information

Timetables, positions, routes and disruptions may come from operators or third-party providers. They are provided for information purposes and may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. For a critical decision, check the information with the transport operator concerned.

Free access and financial commitments

Access to the Aule website and apps is free of charge: no feature is conditional on payment. Membership of the association and supporting donations are optional, give no entitlement to any service in return, and are governed by the terms of membership and donation. The roll-out of Aule Pro on a network is the subject of a separate contract, concluded outside this website.

Accounts and professional areas

Access to Aule Pro and the dashboard is restricted to authorised persons. Each user must provide accurate information, keep their login credentials confidential and report any unauthorised use of their account without delay.

Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, extract data on a large scale, introduce malicious content, impersonate anyone or publish a report that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of a third party.

Availability

Aule endeavours to maintain a reliable service, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, product development or the failure of a third-party service. Pilot features may change before their general release.

Intellectual property

The trade mark, interface, texts, software and visual elements specific to Aule are protected. Data and base maps remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective producers, in particular OpenStreetMap and the transport operators.

Liability

Aule replaces neither the operators’ instructions nor on-site safety information. To the extent permitted by law, Aule is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of third-party data, for temporary unavailability or for use contrary to these terms.
