Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The trade marks of the transport networks and operators mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
Map data and transport data
The website displays data produced by third parties, under their respective licences: OpenStreetMap (map data under the ODbL licence) · OpenFreeMap (base maps) · Géoplateforme IGN (geocoding) · Open-Meteo (weather data) · Transport operators (GTFS and GTFS-RT data — Naolib, Aléop). These attributions are also shown in the website footer.
Mobile apps
The Aule Voyageur and Aule Pro apps are published by AULE SYSTEM and distributed via Apple’s App Store and Google Play. Their use is governed by the Aule terms of use, in addition to the terms specific to each distribution platform.
Membership and donations
Membership of the association and supporting donations are governed by the general terms of membership and donation, which set out in particular the withdrawal period and the applicable tax treatment.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability may be exercised at contact@aule.fr. A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr).

The trackers used and how to change your choice at any time are detailed on the cookies page. The “Manage cookies” link, in the footer of every page, reopens the preferences panel.
Reporting illegal content
Any manifestly illegal content published via the community features may be reported to contact@aule.fr, stating the URL or screen concerned, the nature of the content and the reason for the report. Reported content is reviewed and removed where the report is well founded.
Liability and governing law
Transport information is provided for guidance only and may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable; it does not replace the operators’ official information. This website is governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
